<p>Like A+ = A = A-, B+ = B = B-, C+ = C = C-, etc...</p>
<p>I’m not really sure if they disregard them, however, some colleges (maybe most, maybe all, I don’t really know the numbers) do recalculate your GPAs. I know this information isn’t much but I hope it helped at least a little bit.</p>
<p>Apparently Emory, Carnegie Mellon, and the UC System drop plusses and minuses.</p>
