Which college's do not include freshman year grades?

<p>I know the UC's do not include freshman year for their GPA, but any other schools? Would they count the extracurricular activities you did freshman year, if not the grades? What do they count and what do they not count? I didn't have a great freshman year at all. I got a 3.198 GPA with all honors and one AP class. I also got 2 72's in accel math and I have an 83/84 on transcript. I'm not interested in any UC's, but I am interested to know if there are any other schools which do not count freshman year grades.
