<p>Some schools which do not offer it will allow you to create your own "independent major" by cobbling together the appropriate coursework from different departments. You would have to petition an academic committee for approval, but it's not outside the realm of possibility. I was a student serving on the curriculum committee at Knox College when a student presented his proposed PPE major (which I had never heard of at the time), and we approved it.</p>
<p>Pitt has Philosophy and Political Science (as one major)</p>
<p>NYU also has an amazing Political Economy program with an international focus, though philosophy isn't included in the major. However, it's NYU. I think you'll be able to find a philosophy class or two.</p>
