as an international student from croatia who would like to study in the USA, i'd like to know which colleges besides HYPM offer full scholarships to international students?

i don't have any benefit of getting into college if i can't afford it, and with my parents' income (around 50k $ a year) i simply can't :)

Dartmouth Amherst Williams and Middlebury are need blind to international students

If you get admitted to Stanford U Chicago Duke Rice Vanderbilt Cornell then these universities will try to meet your financial aid though these unis aren’t need blind and if you apply to these places, make sure your family can afford to pay at least 10 000 USD

Also there are liberal arts colleges such as Kenyon Colgate Colorado Grinnel that give very good aid to internationals-however since they dont take in that many intl students its very hard to get in

And is it much harder for international students go get in these colleges than US residents?
I was thinking about Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, UPenn, Columbia, Cornell, Duke, John Hopkins and Dartmouth, are these colleges impossible to get in, and which SAT I score is considered good enough for these colleges for international students?

Even though selectivity rate of Penn Hopkins and Cornell might be higher, it is harder to get aid from these unis

No the are not impossible to get in
I saw your stats they are very impressive!
Anything about 2100 is considered competitive in Ivy league admission
Aim for a 1400+ in CR+M then you are through

there are few things that i’m not satisfied with: for example my grades average is around 4.5/5, and i don’t have any leadership positions besides being a president of my class. i also don’t have any reward, because my extracurriculars aren’t that type of activities :/

Try opening up a club in your school …related to your passion and interest and you could write it in your essays …the lack of opportunities in your region

And leadership doesn’t necessarily mean being President of a club…being devoted to your work creating awareness campaigns promoting your conservation related ideas could boost your chances.

Your GPA can be overcome if your class ranking is very good and you have a very tough academic course load

thank you so much!
i have another question… are there any colleges that aren’t “impossible” to get in (like HYP) that can grant me a full scholarship?
because i plan to spend all my summer on studying for the SATs, and i wouldn’t like to be in a situation that every single college rejects me :)

As I have already said before there are many colleges that gives aid but aren’t need blind

You can get a 45k aid (which is very generous) but since you are asking for a full ride don’t you think that significantly lowers your chances of admission? Its good to have some sort of financial back up(trust me on this it helps) Not to discourage you or anything but a college might prefer a student of same caliber as yours because he/she can pay more.

Liberal Arts Colleges such as Amherst Williams Colgate Grinnel Vassar Kenyon Colorado etc gives generous aid but you have to know international pool is very competitive
