I'm an international student but hopefully funding will not be an issue.

I'm predicted 'AAA' for my A2 examinations (British A Level system) and achieved 2A* 8A at GCSE.

Unfortunately, I only achieved 1960 on my SAT (total from second sitting).

Maths: 580
CR: 650
Writing: 730

It's just the maths that bringing me down but that's an issue because I intend on studying economics :/ My ACT score is still pending but I think it will be around this range. I'm doing SAT II (Maths II and Physics) in November

It's just different to what I'm used to in school. If I get a good SAT II maths 2 score and achieve an 'A' on A Level maths, will it make up for my poor SAT I score? What about if I redo the SAT I in December and bring my maths score up? Will universities super score it? If that's the case, do I stand a chance at the lower ivies? What about state schools like Michigan or Berkeley?

My extra curriculars are solid, not spectacular. Not much in terms of sports or music, I've played for the school hockey team, that's about it. I do a bit of sailing but nothing noteworthy.

It's more in terms of volunteer work, charity work, gold DOE award - including community work in Mauritius, MUN director, work experience, reading etc.

Thoughts?
