<p>Niomi - unless you are in the top 2% of your class, Oxford won't even consider you, according to the Fiske Guide to Colleges. I'd drop Oxford and look at Scottish schools like the U's of St. Andrews, Edinburgh, and Aberdeen. Or, if you want international but still want to have some access to home, consider Canadian universities such as McGill, U of Toronto, and U of British Columbia. All offer an excellent education at a relatively low price.</p>
