the title of this is pretty self-explanatory.

Presumably any where the student scores high enough. Admission to college should be your first priority.

Pretty sure mine doesn’t. If you look at the official notes on the transcript, it has what the GPAs are for each grade (including +/-) up through A, but no A+.
Heck, even at my high school teachers weren’t even sure whether they were allowed to give A+. In German I always got an A+, but in US history I didn’t, even though I had over 100% in the course.

But anyway, why does it matter if a college gives "A+"s?

Law schools count A+ grades as 4.33, even if your undergraduate school does not. So a pre-law student who attends a school that issues A+ grades and does well enough to earn A+ grades will have some advantage in law school admissions.
[Academic Record](<a href=“Academic Record | The Law School Admission Council”>Academic Record | The Law School Admission Council)

Note, however, that medical schools do not count A+ grades any higher than A grades.

I heard Cornell but I’m not 100% sure how true that is.

Here are a few if someone wants to run a list with links that verify. This doesnt say how often A+ grades are actually handed out at these schools.
