Which comes first?

It would be kind if you could answer the following questions:

1)
Does it affect my chances of getting accepted to University X if I apply during the first few days or the last few days of the application period?
Within the regular decision process, does applying as early as possible help or is this irrelevant?

2)
Can I apply within the Early Action time (or regular time frame for that matter) frame if I have not received my SAT scores yet?
The SAT test day in my country is November 5. It would take another few weeks to reveive the scores.

3)
Can they see how often you take the SAT?

Thank you very much for you assistance.

Best wishes,
Dan

no. irrelevant.

call your target EA school and ask when is the last SAT sitting where the scores will be considered in the EA round

no limit

3) Some schools use score choice, and you can send whichever scores you want. Others do not use score choice and require that you send all SAT scores.
