Which CSU Schools have the better Japanese Department/Program?

I'm a senior in highschool that will begin college in a cc for two years and then transfer to either SDSU, CSUF, or CSULB. That depends on which university has the better japanese lprogram. Advice? Opinions? Especially from those who have attended or are attending these schools now?

Both SDSU and CSULB offer majors in Japanese, both of which include four years of the language. Of these two schools, CSULB offers more Japanese courses. It also has more faculty, offers a teaching credential, and also offers some graduate courses (not sure if it offers a master’s).

CSUF offers only a minor (2 yrs of the language) and it appears there is only one part-time faculty member for Japanese.
