Which Decisions Will You Check First?

I will check the least likely to the most probable:

Harvard
Yale
UPenn
Cornell

That's a good idea, so you will leave off on a happy note (or start off w/ one!)

I also have 4, so I'm spreaking them out, least, more, least more.

I may just do alphabetical though

after being rejected by some of my safeties and match schools, and deciding to attend one of my matches, i kind of decided not to open my email account nor log into the webpages to see more rejections.
they kind of break my heart,.
i know. i'm kind of exaggerating.
but part of it is true

hmm then I think I'll first try Brown, Penn then Tufts but I'll have three pages open at the same time any way. whichever works first.

Columbia

that's my only decision tomorrow :)

16 hours!!!

yale - that's the one i wont be upset about if/when i get rejected. Harvard and Brown...yikes.

Cornell, Columbia, Princeton.
Columbia's the one I really want to get into, and with Princeton, I doubt I have much of a chance anyway, so it's more of a 'whatever'.

Are you sure they will all come out at exactly the same time?

You all should have already gotton your letters or e-mails by now. Is it necessary to wait longer for these more prestigious schools?

Davie: The Ivies report on the 31st this year, no getting around it, no notifying earlier.
Not sure why it takes so long, but with so many applicants and them trying to pick out their "perfect" pool out of a group of near perfect students, I could see it taking some time.

It's definitely worth the wait if you're accepted.

I'm only semi-waiting for Cornell, though their "very likely" letter told me more than enough.

Checking your safeties and matches first is probably the safest psychologically. It might help to have a few ego-boosting acceptances under your belt.
