I am going to be a freshman at University of Delaware this fall, and I wanted to know which dorm would be the best to put as my first choice on my housing application.

I am an asthmatic and have Raynaud's Phenomenon (my hands and feet turn blue if I get too cold), so A/C and heat are important for me to have; that is, I could live without A/C, but I would like to avoid being in a dorm that doesn't have it. I would kind of like to be closer to the heart of campus and be in a dorm that's more social so I can make friends, if possible.

From what I've researched, I'm thinking about putting down:
1.) East Campus Residence Halls
2.) Rodney Hall
3.) Russell Hall

So what I'm really trying to ask is, based on my needs and preferences, which of the UD freshman dorms would be best to put as my first choice? Has anyone had any positive or negative experiences in any specific freshman halls at UD?
