Which European Universities have english-speaking undergraduate Economics programs?

I'm a citizen of France and the US, but I have lived my entire life in the US. I am fluent in both languages but want to study in English. I want to major in Economics/business.

Which reputable universities in Europe should I apply to? I'm looking for english-speaking undergraduate economics programs. The school would have to be public/cheap for me as an EU applicant, and have a very good international reputation.

University of Copenhagen seems good (top 50 in world) but I don't know if they have english-speaking economics programs.

What other schools can you suggest? Note: I have the UK schools covered, so ignore those ones. Thanks

Some of the Dutch schools offers English language programs. Maybe take a look at Erasumus

I only know of Copenhagen (a very good university) but frightfully expensive living costs! As far as i know the [Economics degree](http://studier.ku.dk/studier_a-z/economics/) is taught in English.

I think the Stockholm School of Economics might have one also, but its in Riga, Latvia…

[Stockholm School of Economics in Riga](http://www.sseriga.edu.lv)

Is there one that is very cheap AND teaches in English?

U of Copenhagen is 10,000 Euro per year. So that’s not cheap.

What about universities in UK? Oxford, Cambridge, London School of Economics, St. Andrews all have stellar economics programs.

^they’re expensive tho

hey your forgetting a whole country. If youre looking for undergrad degree through english you’re gonna have to ook in a english speaking country… you’ve ruled out uk already. But theres also malta but i think we can skip over them. IRELAND lol. we speak english here in ireland and we have very good universities and economics degrees. our third level eduacation is free for irish students and since your an eu citizen i’d say its still very cheap. the best university here would probably be Trinity College Dublin, 30 something in the world.
good luck

Ireland is even more pricey than the UK! TCD is good yes but accommodation in Dublin? Criminally expensive.

true its expensive but overall less expensive for an american to come to a university here than a foreigner to go to schools in the US. and yeah its a few thousand euro for accomadation too, haha but theres quite a bit of deflation at the moment so maybe it’ll get cheaper for you. It’s still the best option for studying economics in europe through english if youre not including UK. TCD has very good econ/business degree
