<p>Summer can vary by school. For some it’s part of the academic year that comes before it, at other schools summer in part of the academic year following it. You’d have to find out from your school and then file that year’s FAFSA.</p>
<p>You need to contact the FA office anyway as it’s likely they’ll have an additional form for you to submit if you want to be packaged for summer aid.</p>
