<p>I was in almost the exact same situation as you. Latin is my first choice, German my second, and I will take Latin in the fall. If you want to take Latin, then take it. IMO it’s rather simple to learn and it was actually pretty fun!</p>

<p>About the teachers–I think the Italian teacher doesn’t really teach anything, he just tells stories that have little to no relation to the actual subject. Plus, I’ve heard that Latin really helps with your grammar? Which might be good for me because I’m good at reading and comprehension and horrible at syntax.</p>
