Princeton supports the common app but on their website they link to teacher recommendation forms that are different from the common app versions.

(Princeton form:
http://www.princeton.edu/admission/pdfs/PU-0809-teacher-refs.pdf
Regular Common Application Form:
http://www.yale.edu/admit/freshmen/application/pdf/teacher_evaluation1.pdf)

Does it matter which form is used, and if so, is it too late to change? My GC said that schools weren't very strict about whether the teachers turned in their forms after the January 1 deadline as long as students had all their forms turned in by then--is this true?

Thanks!
