Which grad schools do I stand a chance at being admitted into for an MSEE

Hi,
I am a senior at Columbia University, currently studying Materials Science & Engineering and minoring in Electrical Engineering. I also have a B.A. in Physics. I realized I wanted to major in Electrical Engineering with a Solid State emphasis but Columbia will NOT let you change major. However, I have taken most of the undergraduate EE requirements.

I work for the Department EE chair as an NSF scholar in the laser lab.
I am a teaching assistant for an Electrical Engineering course
I have been a teaching assistant for physics and chemistry courses as well.
I work in a Solid State Lab and am aiding a PhD student in semiconductor fabrication and testing.
One of my senior projects is fabricating and characterizing different solar cells.

Over the summer, I worked as an Engineer in a Veteran's hospital working on design of the Solar Panel Project to be implemented at newly planned hospitals.

I am a mentor in both IEEE and Women in Computer Science and an active board member.
I am also in Society of Women Engineers and Engineers Without Borders. Also, I am treasurer of the Materials Advantage Club. I also volunteer at the nearby hospital and volunteer at Lighthouse for the Blind (which I enjoy the most). I am also involved in other activities (Red Cross, American Cancer Society--Relay for Life and UNICEF, CU Sign Language Club). I suppose I could have taken this time for engineering, but I know I want to go into either rehabilitative engineering or power systems engineering.

My GPA is a 3.7 My GRE scores are 169 and 170 for math and verbal respectively (I am probably one of the only engineers to get a better verbal score. lol). I am an African-American female.

Which schools should I apply to for an EE Master's degree?? Which schools would I have a decent shot at?
