Which has the best engineering program?

I am a rising senior with good stats (4.0 UW GPA, 1530 CR/M SAT, 720 Chem, 770 Math II) and am interested in the following engineering programs (leaning towards majoring in chemical engineering):

Illinois-UC
GA Tech
Cornell
Michigan

I know all of them are ranked very closely on those rankings one finds on the 'net so I want to hear from people, which one is the best?

UIUC, GATech, and UMich are the best if you know that you want engineering. i would also throw in Purdue. They are all exceptional engineering schools.
cornell would give you a greater breadth in education, better if you just think you might want engineering.
usnwr rank from top to bottom (though the differences are subjective and negligible):
UIUC
GaTech
UMich
Cornell

These are all pretty good. Assuming all are good fits and you get accepted to all, I'd go with the one with the best financial aid offer.

In terms of quality, they are all equal. I agree with Ken. Go for the school that makes the most financial sense and for the school where you would fit in best.
