Which Housing should I go for?

So here’s what I’ve been hearing:
Commons North is for quite people
Commons West is right next to the train station (but how is the living quality?)
Courtyard is for parties

And then West Campus has JST which is good,new, and expensive

So the major question is which campus should I live in? People say the East Campus is more convenient but West Campus has nicer places. If my plan were to a good student and study hard where should I live?
