Which is better: a C in a class or a P/F Grade?

I applied to Northeastern, BU, and BC.

I'm decently competitive, but this semester is giving me a hard time.

My midterm reports I submitted had A's in all my classes.

Now, I am faced with an A, A-, B, C, C after midterms.

My question: I can still Pass/Fail one of my "C" grade courses if I act today. Otherwise, I will be stuck with 2 C's.

Would 2 C's be enough cause for a school to rescind my admission if I was to be accepted?

I have to decide about the P/F by the time the regristrar's office closes at 5...eek!

of course change it to p/f. p/f means it won’t go to your GPA. No one cares about p/f, but a C will just have too much a damage.

Good point, thanks! I’m almost positive that is what I’ll do at this point. Any other thoughts on this?

I would say you are probably fine for BU, although don’t quote me on it as they’ve gotten more competitive this year. Depending on your major, maybe fine for Northeastern, too. Good luck!
