Your SAT CR+M corresponds to a 33 ACT, nearly a 34. But your ACT supports your SAT, so sending both is the better play.
Should you write it again? It depends on whether you’re happy with the colleges that are in range with your current scores, how much time you want to dedicate to studying for the test vs improving your essays, whether you believe you have room to improve your scores, etc.
Send both.
