Which is better on college apps?

For competitive UC’s like UCI, UCD, UCSD, and UCLA, what looks better on college application? Physiology or Forensic?

I have already taken AP Chem and AP Bio so I can’t chose those science. AP Physic might not be offered due to lack of people signing up so yeah. My schedule for next year(senior year) looks like this:

Gov&Economics
AP Calc B/C
AP Psychology
Spanish 3
ERWC (english 4)
(Physiology)

OR
Gov&Economics
AP Calc B/C
AP Psychology
Spanish 3
ERWC (english 4)
(Forensic Science)

If AP Physics is not offered, then I would still take a regular Physics class over the Physiology or Forensics if you do not have a Physics course on your HS transcript. If you have taken a Physics class, then take which class interests you more.

I’ve already took regular physics my freshman year. None of them interest me but what is more preferred on college apps?
