Which is better to send in?

All of my scores show up on my transcript, so it doesn't really matter, but I still gotta send score reports. I don't want to send both SAT and ACT (unless I feel my ACT is better and the school asks for SAT IIs, but most of the ones I'm applying to don't even recommend SAT IIs) because of the cost.

SAT (second time): 2030: CR: 700, W: 710, M: 620, Essay: 9
ACT (first time): C:30, E: 34, R: 32, M: 30, S: 25, Essay: 11 aka 34

Opinions? The 30 is lower than the 2030 in conversion charts, but my 30 actually meets the average of some of the schools. My SAT Math brings everything down.

Thanks.

ACT

also, if you're retaking in October, you get 4 free

Thanks.

I'm taking the SAT IIs in October, so I get four free then, too. Since four of my schools "recommend" SAT IIs, I guess that works out perfectly, haha.
