Which is better???

For those of you who never leave the transfer fourm:

Which is more aesthetically pleasing, traditional colonial style red brick colleges, or Greco-roman concrete universities?

====CONCRETE====

well i leave the transfer forum...but only for a couple of hours at a time (except when i'm sleeping).

to answer your question, I'd say Berkeley-style beats the hell out of UCLA-style. Red brick buildings get so boring...when I first saw Harvard, I was like, WTH! This is it? Lol. I'm more of a UPenn/Chicago kinda guy, but it's all a matter of opinion.

I would have to go with the concrete.

University of Chicago has, in my opinion, the best looking campus in America.

I like concrete better.

in many many years from now, concrete will still be up and standing while brick wears with time.

Cornell's campus has quite the variety of buildings, certainly not limited to only one style.

Here's a concrete example:

Red brick:

Chicago's, on the other hand, seems to be mostly gothic style.
