Which is better....

I have now taken the ACT and the SAT and recieved scores for both (ACT writing still pending....) but here are my scores, and my question is...which one is better? my sat scores or my act scores..?
ACT
C 32
English 28
Reading 35
Science 32
SAT
M 650 V 750 W 750 (2150) (1400 old sat)

ACT composite 32 is better than SAT 2150/1400, I believe. The percentiles on your score report should give you a good idea of where you stand.

okay thanks, anybody else?

bump.............

northwestern's 25-75 on ACT is 29-33.
SAT is 1320-1500.
i think ur 32 would look better.

An ACT of 32 converts to a 710/710 (1420)SAT, so the ACT gives a slight edge in determining an Academic Index. So many more students take the SAT that good ACT scores can reap nice benefits (U.S. Dept.Ed. Presidential Scholars Candidates for example, which is based on test scores, in your state only.) Good luck, you are doing wonderfully abank!

Yep, ACT is better.
