Which is in more need of a retake?

Hello, I am a junior applying to colleges in the fall of 2008. I was wondering which of the following has a higher precedence for a retake at Berkeley for EECS and all colleges in general:

1) SAT 1- Math 710(I know I can do better; I am in Calc BC. as a junior)
Critical Reading-750
Wrting- 800

I know the 710 math score is kinda low, but I think I should be able to do better if I retake. I have gotten A's in all my math questions and I somehow missed 4 stupid questions on the March SAT, that lowered my score to a 710.

2) SAT 2 Math IIC- 800
Physics- 710

So, my question is if I'm applying EECS to Berkeley and other schools like Stanford, Caltech, MIT, which one of the tests should I retake? The Physics subject test or the entire SAT I, if I want to be in time for Early Applications? Is it worth early applying to any of these schools(not Berkeley, of course)?

both the SAT I (to bring up Math) and Physics.
