<p>I too would say Georgetown is more selective, even disregarding the SFS.</p>

<p>got accepted to Midd...friend got accepted to GU (college)...discussion with my college counselor also. am on the waitlist at GU. Both schools have a similar acceptance rate (+-23%) . Midd. might be stronger on the SAT average (Us news) but GU has a higher % of students in top 10% of class. We are splitting hairs here. The 2 schools seem very similar. SFS looks stronger though (it's an impression) but I don't have the numbers...thks</p>

<p>Middlebury is more selective IMO.</p>

<p>They're nearly the same, each looking for different types of people to fill different spots in their class, b/c they both want well-rounded classes.</p>
