I want to take AP Human Geography, but I'm still deciding whether to self study it this coming year, or to take it the following year as a senior. The problem is, if I take it as a senior I will not have a free period and will have five other difficult AP classes, and it will probably be more work than self studying it. However, the problem with self studying it junior year is that I'm taking 10/11 other APs.

How about dropping some of those APs?
I think thats more sensible.
Why do you need to take so many anyways?

I’m taking 5 at my school, and I really want to do Psychology, Environmental Science and Biology - not dropping those for anything. I’ve actually already decided to drop European history, but I still want to do the govt. exams too…

But still why do you need to (not want) take so many?

Need to? I don’t. But I want to…
