Which is my better score: SAT or ACT?

SAT Superscore (taken 2x)
Total: 2260
CR: 690 (second take)
M: 770 (first take)
W: 800 (both takes)

ACT Composite (taken 1x)
Total: 33
English: 34
Math: 35
Reading: 34
Science: 30

Which do you think is a stronger score? Particularly for a Columbia hopeful.

Your ACT scores are better. I’m not sure if science is counted, but your other scores (34-35) are in the CR+Math SAT range of 1510-1560, whereas your actual CR+Math composite score is 1460.

Even if you compare your overall composite (33) to your CR+Math composite of 1460, they are about dead equal.

or perhaps I am wrong - I do not know how ACT scores work. Is science counted?

33 composite is a 2180 (science counts), so your SAT is better.
