1) I could take Physics during the summer so I will have Physics as a course on my high school transcript. Otherwise I won't have Physics. (Only 9thgrade honors intro to chem, honors biology, and honors chemistry would be listed as my high school science courses)

2) I could get a paid internship at a pretty famous organization that involves doing a lot of really neat things.

I don't know how important Physics is to colleges, is it really worth sacrificing a prestigious paid internship to get Physics listed on my high school transcript?

I agree with happymomof1. If you later want/need physics, you’ll take it in college. An internship where you do a lot of really neat things – priceless!

I dont understand – are you currently a junior? You can list physics as a course you will be taking as a senior – they wont have you full grades, at the time of application, but they will certainly know you are taking it. If you are applying to top colleges, I would recommend a lab science every year, but others may disagree. In any event, senior year is not too late to take.
