<p>This makes no sense. If I were somehow in a position to seriously contemplate this question, I would have to make a decision based on my intended major. I don’t see the point in going to the University of Pennsylvania for CS.</p>

<p>Actually, Penn’s current-day CS program isn’t bad–US News ranks its graduate program among the top 20 in the nation (tied with Brown and Yale among the Ivies):</p>
