Hello everyone! Gonna be taking the SAT IIs soon, but not sure which language one to pick. Here are my options and history for this.

Spanish

Pros: Been studying for around 4 years, dual enrolling in it now, 5 on AP in spring, feel pretty confident I could do well on it.

Cons: I have a long history with it, grades, advancement, and AP to already show I can do well in it.

French

Pros: I've been studying for 2 years and placed into an AP French class, so if I do well on this it would be more impressive than Spanish given the time I've been studying it. Also less common than Spanish.

Cons: Difficulty. Been doing okay on the practice tests, I feel 700+ is pretty plausible, but on Spanish I could get an 800. Also, I did get a gold at French Forensics and did well at a national competitive French thingy, so I do have a way to show my skill at it without the SAT II

Chinese

Pros: Most unique, been studying for a year (in Chinese 200 class right now) so doing well would be most impressive of all of them. Also more unique than Spanish or French. Plus, the only thing I have to show for how well I can speak it now is my class grades.

Cons: Challenging. On the practice ones I got one wrong on the first ten, but most were the "Easy" difficulty. Could very easily see getting a 600 or below on this.

Thoughts? Thank you!
