Which magazines are good to learn about contemporary issues in medicine? (HMOs, etc)

<p>I was wondering if anybody had any good suggestions on a worthwile magazine that provides detailed analysis and input on contemporary issues in medicine such as HMOs, partial birth abortions, patient's rights, parental consent, etc. in the context of medical interviews. I really appreciate the help, and look forward to your responses.</p>
