Ok then. Tell me which major and career suit me:
1. I like to earn a lot of money.
2. I want to be secure with job. i.e. job prospect should be high.
3. I like meeting a lot of people.
I might be taking economics and mathematics. Are they appropriate majors for me? What kind of careers will those majors lead me to?

I would like to double major.:(

You should become an engineer. They are in high demand and you make al ot of money.

Economists don't really make a lot of money until later on in the road, but you could apply the major in an interesting way.

Gee, you sound like a real interesting person. Find something you're interested in and do that. Get a high GPA and go to law school. Don't major in something lame like business because you want to make a lot of money.

Why is business lame but law school isn't? If the goal is to make a lot of money/interact with many people then they are both similar.

Physics? (ten char)

I said the business major.

Economics, mathematics, business, accounting and engineering all sound like they could be fits for you. Especially consider engineering as you can have a high paying job right out of college and then go into something like consulting, banking and corporate management.

Ok....I think you should major in something like finance or accounting because that will almost guarntee you a job which will be your job security. Also, after 5 years you can make a nice amount of money. You also converse with all different peoiple on a daily basis. I think you should also do a communications type of thing. Doing those 2 majors will make you prime for ALOT of jobs. Mathematics wont get you far. And as someone above said you will not make alot of money until many years out there with a degree in economics. Goodluck!
