<p>You can major in anything. Major in what you love and still take the premed prerequisites.</p>
<p>Independent study, or self-designed major!</p>
<p>It really doesn't matter. I have a few friends who are premed- one was a molecular biology major but hated it and switched to bio. Another of my friends is premed and a dance major!
Use college to explore the opportunites you won't have later in life. Med schools look for students with different backgrounds, and understand that you're using college to educate your whole self, not just to prep for one track of your future.</p>
<p>Do the easiest major that'll raise your GPA to that 4.0 level, and just take the required pre-med classes.</p>
