Which math course should I take if majoring in neuroscience for college?

At competitive colleges they are looking for students that have challenged themselves. So AP Calculus.

What Duke says on their admissions website is typical of how competitive colleges see it:

Enroll in the best available and most challenging courses. We recommend four years of English and at least three years of mathematics, natural sciences, foreign language, and social studies.We also encourage students to enroll in advanced-level work in as many areas as reasonable, regardless of your intended major.
