Which math subject test to send...?

So today I got my subject tests back, and am wondering which of the 2 maths I should send to schools. I got a 740 on math 1 and a 710 on math 2. Is it better to send the lower score on the harder test, or the higher score on the easier one? I am applying to some highly selective schools and any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you applying to be a STEM major? You would probably need to submit math 2 if so. Any other subject tests to report? Why not send them both since they are different tests? The 740 is a much higher percentile rank on math 1 than the 710 on math 2 though schools know math 2 is much harder (albeit with a much more forgiving curve). You are in the 91% with your math 1 and in the 56th percent with math 2.

I don’t think schools usually care which math test you take, but just as a personal opinion, if I were you I would submit the Math 2 because it is of higher difficulty, 710 is still a pretty good score, and I think it’s more impressive to get in the 700s in math 2 than in math 1. If they let you, you could even submit both.
