Which Non-Profit Universities Accept the Most Transfer Credits?

Which non-profit universities besides Charter Oak, Excelsior, and Thomas Edison accept the most transfer credits from another regionally accredited college? If possible, I want most of my credits to get transferred.

Thank you.

Are you looking for online and distance programs, or are you looking for a brick-and-mortar institution? [UMUC - Homepage](http://www.umuc.edu) will accept up to 90 credits. I believe that [Penn State | Online Degrees, Online Courses, and Online Certificates offered by Penn State](http://www.worldcampus.psu.edu/) will also. Check the websites.

You need to remember that while an institution may accept up to X credits, there may be a different number of credits accepted that are from community colleges, credit by exam, etc.

If you are at a community college, the same state public universities typically have articulation agreements with community colleges that say what community college courses transfer and what university courses they map to.
