<p>Person A goes to one of the best schools in the country:
Gets goodish grades, 3.5 or so</p>
<p>Person B goes to a bad inner city school, gets a 3.5 </p>
<p>Which would colleges look more favorably upon? Because no doubt the first school is tougher ..?</p>
