I was just thinking
which Liberal Arts college has great reputation of mathematics? I only know Harvey Mudd for now.

Saint Olaf

Second St. Olaf, they are one of the top 5 future PhD producers in mathmatics and are very well known for math department.

LACs for math from Rugg's:
Bates
Bowdoin
Bucknell
Carleton
Colgate
Dartmouth
Davidson
Dickinson
Harvey Mudd
Holy Cross
Kenyon
Mount Holyoke
Occidental
Pomona
Rice
St Mary's (MD)
St Olaf
Trinity (CT)
Union
Wabash
Wellesley
Wheaton

Willamette

schools i would recommend:

bucknell, bryn mawr, carleton, grinnell, harvey mudd, oberlin, pomona, reed, st olaf, swarthmore, wesleyan, williams

schools like amherst and wellesley also have very good departments, but i made an attempt to account for quality in terms of selectivity. i wouldnt consider amherst to have a strong department relative to williams or swarthmore, for example.

I've heard Williams was decent?

These LACs seem to have good math programs (from a previous post by interesteddad). Yes, Harvey Mudd is there. :)

Williams and St. Olaf are often cited as outstanding for undergraduate mathematics.

Davidson and William & Mary

i would suggest (not necessarily LAC) Lafayette, Villanova, Caltech, MIT (all tech schools)
