Which of these classes is the easiest?

Alright,I'm just trying to get a high G.P.A as possible, but these classes aren't exactly easy so out of these courses, which of these is the easiest in your opinion?

Math:Trigonometry,Precal or Statistics
Science:Geology,Chemistry,or Nutrition Science

Thanks for any input.

Trig is usually about 50% of the precal curriculum. To do a full year of trig would be odd and kind of pointless. HS statistics will almost certainly be easier than precal, and would allow you to take precal the following year (if you're a rising junior), thus avoiding Calculus. I'm not recommending it, but if GPA is your sole concern, that's probably the way to go.

thx,know anything about the sciences?

if you like to have some fun:chem.
but if you want the GPA nutrition

If there's any H.S science class that admissions committees laugh at, it's Geology (known as Rocks for Jocks). Seriously, you're better off getting a B- in chemistry than an A in geology. And nutrition science is probably even worse. I'm not sure many colleges would let nutrition science fulfill the science requirement neede for admissions.
Chemistry has loads of cool experiments.

I would take precalculus. Not because it's easier, but because it's the most interesting of the three. Pure trigonometry and statistics are unbelievably boring, so boring that I'd probably get a worse grade in them from losing all interest in math. That, and precalculus will get 2 times as much respect from admissions. (Unless the Stats option is an AP)

If you have a remotely competent teacher, Geology should be a very substantial course, and possibly very difficult.

Geology is a great field and very challenging with a competent teacher-
but if you haven't taken chem I would take that.
Stats is also very useful so take either precalc or stat and next year take the other.
