Which of these electives would colleges consider as jokes?

I'm junior deciding on my senior schedule right now. I'm looking to add one more semester elective, but can't decide on which one.

Marketing
Business Management
United States Gov. and Politics
American Pop Culture in the 20th century
Conflicts in the Modern World
Developmental Psychology

I know that people are going to tell me that I should chose the one I love, but they all seem interesting. I just want to know which ones seem like utter jokes to normal people like you guys.

The pop culture one seems like a joke, the rest look fairly legitimate.

The three most serious looking are US Gov. and Politics, Conflicts in the Modern World, and Developmental Psych.

Marketing and Business Management seem light- even lighter than the Am. Pop Culture, imo.

They’re all jokes except US Gov. and Politics.

They’re not jokes. They’re all legitimate subjects and each are genuinely interesting. Any college that looks down upon any of those is not an institution of education.

^^ So my college should give me credits for my “thumb wrestling 101” class?

obviously not a business person I take it. Hard to call these a joke when most universities have majors in these fields…

lol, I’d feel so much better if I know top colleges wouldn’t look down on any of these courses.

They’re all pretty contemptible. What are you, an airhead bimbo moron!?! You should take some serious courses, like underwater basket-weaving or vodka appreciation studies.

Nah, I’m just kidding. Top colleges rarely “look down” on any course that you do well in. I mean, at least you’re in school learning something. At least you’re not doing drugs or joining a street gang.

^^^^^^ What?

We’re talking about high school, not college. Two different playing fields.

If you think those classes aren’t jokes, why not start a 4 year business programs in high school then, huh? Probably a bunch of BS classes that you can sleep through and still get an A.
