Which of these Engineering programs is hardest to get into?

Tufts University
Vanderbilt University
Rice University

I'm considering applying to the Engineering program in these three as my reach schools and I need your opinion on which do you think I will have the hardest time getting into with my given information.

I'm an Asian-American with SAT scores in the lower 2000s. In my school, very few people, probably not even 3, apply to Rice University and Tufts Engineering program. A good amount, though still not many, apply to Vanderbilt.

Which school is less score sensitive?
How would you rank these schools in admissions difficult in general, and specifically with my given information?
Which is more undergraduate focus and has a less competitive and better overall school environment in terms of having a well-rounded student body and good social life?

Probably Vanderbilt. Rice seems to be a little more focused on grades than on test scores, though, and as such is in a category with schools like Brown and Swarthmore.

Rice>Tufts>Vanderbilt.

Can’t say, but probably Rice.

Thanks, How is the competitiveness, teaching quality, and overall school environment at Vandy?
Any other responses?
