I'd like to know this for UPenn and WashU at St. Louis.

State Us tend to give most of their financial aid to in-state residences. This would hold true for all the UCs, UVa. UPenn & Cornell have NO merit aid & only award based on need. I've read from other CC posters that NYU doesn't give much financial aid. I believe College & Wm & Mary is a state school & would accordingly not give much state aid to OOS applicants.
Carnegie Mellon & BU & WUSL & even UMi give some merit aid, but competition is fierce.
Your GC & the webpages of each school can give you more info.

Someone posted that WUSL has 15 full tuition merit scholarships & 15 1/2 tuition with 800 applicants competing for these awards.

HImom

You need to check the web sites of the schools: their merit aid section and their need-based scholarship sections. Also look in College Confidential's archives to find posts from students resulting their financial aid packages from those schools.

where is the College Confidential's archives
y wats other business schools not on my list give good financial aid

Did you check collegeboard? On its school search part it has a section that tells you the average fin aid packages.
