Which of these three UCs guarantee 4 year housing?

UC Irvine I believe offers 4 years.
UC Santa Barbara - I don’t know.
UC San Diego - two I think??

Someone help. These three colleges are pretty far from home so housing is a big thing when it comes to picking which I will SIR to.
