Which on-campus apartment is better in IUB?

<p>I am going to move into an apartment next semester, which one is better?</p>

<p>Campus View is full already, Tulip Tree only has 2 or 3 bedrooms apartment....which is the best among the others? Their rent fees have differences....2 bedrooms in Redbud is even cheaper than a efficient room in Evermann...</p>

<p>Villas is just off campus, and you can go through via the A bus... Starting at $350 a month.</p>
