Hello everyone.
I am looking between Cornell, Northwestern or Fu Foundation (Columbia). I am looking at engineering. Which one should I apply Early to? I want to get in as early. Fu has a 70% admit rate so if I apply there, I can get in early? But I like Northwestern. My academic gpa is decent. For SAT, my Critical Reading is not that strong (M 800 W 720). My extra-cirricular activites list is very strong so I am hoping to get in with my list. Northwestern labels extra-cirriculars as "important" compared to the other two schools who state "very important." Please help me decide. Let me know what you think. Thanks a lot.

If Cornell is a possible choice for you, that'd always be best. Go for it. Good luck. All three are good. =)

best of luck

NU isn't that hard ED either (relatively). I'd go ED Northwestern, better rep in engineering than Fu, better lifestyle, and with a 1520 and good grades you have a great shot.
