Which one is more useful?

I am an average student and came across two internships. One is dealing with property management and workign with a broker. (not making copies)

The other one is preparing a company for ISO 9001 certification, helping write out the guidelines, and possible lecturing the workers over good quality management as I am preparing the report for audit. For this one, I am a little worried that if I somehow mess up the report, I might be liable or the person who takes the blame.

I am a finance major and just learning about investing bonds stocks, etc at the moment and I know that nice investment firms won't offer me an internship so I am just trying to make the best out of summer experience (just get an internship). I just want to know what would be more useful of a skill. Let me know what you think. Thanks for your time.
