My parents are together and they live together, but they are not married. They don't file their taxes jointly. I put that they were single. So, for questions 83-92, whose tax information should i put? Or should i put both?

From FAFSA instructions -

If no common law state, you use the parent that provided the most support, which is likely the parent with the highest income.

Thank you! It’s so much more clear! But if i put divorced, it then asks me “Month and year
they were married, remarried, separated, divorced or widowed”. They were never divorced. Should i leave it blank?

bumping this because i need help asap!

You put in the income and assets of the parent with the most income

So i don’t mention the other parent at all?

On the FAFSA, no. Since your parents are not married to each other (they are both single) and you do not live in a common law state, they only ask for the income/assets of one parent.

However, this does not mean that the school may want information from both parents on the Profile or the institutional financial aid forms.

Okay, thank you!
