which one to choose?

hi
i am an international student from iran and i want to do my bsc in electronics or computer
my parents can support me with maximum amount of 70k and i can work during my studies . i want to payback at least 50 percent of this money after graduation by working . as i am not sure about my decision after graduation(i mostly prefer to do my postgraduate) , i want an education which prepare me for workforce and also prepare me for my future studies . my options are

going to Germany.( i am learning German but i don't think it is easy at all to study in German language ). the total cost would be about 60k for four years but i am afraid that the quality might not be as good as i expect(though comparing the costs, it is excellent)

2.going to an average school in UK (Liverpool uni), the total cost would be about 90k

3.study a year for sat exam while focusing on applying for the next year (i will graduate in June) or applying to a community college and then transfer to a four year college

my GPA is 4 and since our curriculum in Iran is much more rigorous compared to us, i can get easily 800 in sat subjects but i will have a hard time in critical reading and writing section

with this options, which one do you think is the best?

thanks for reading this long text!

Its your life, your decision. Personally I would take a gap year, take the sats, figure out what I want and get ready.

in iran we learn english for about 6 years in school but it is so poor that it is not even enough to get 70 in ibt !!! by the way, i think at least i need to get above 650 in both sections of critical reading and writing.

Go to Germany. The universities there are excellent. It is your best option.

70k will not cover your expenses in the UK, and will not come close to covering your studies in the US. You would need to have excellent SAT scores, and you would need to have an excellent score on the iBT to be considered for scholarships.

If you complete your first degree in Germany, and you want to apply to postgraduate programs in the US, it is more likely that you will be able to get a scholarship at that time.

For information about studying in the US, read through this website: [EducationUSA | Study Abroad, Student Visa, University Fairs, College Applications and Study in the U.S. / America](http://www.educationusa.info/) You also can contact the advising center in Iran [EducationUSA - Center Profile - EducationUSA Iran](http://www.educationusa.info/centers.php?id=1294)

Which programs are you looking at? Most regular German university degrees are either 3 years (Bachelor’s) or 5 years (Master’s). 4-year programs are more common at Fachhochschulen, but those may not be your best option if you want to leave Germany after college.

i am considering universities(3years) but in Germany i have to do a one year German course which becomes all together four years. actually , i love German language and really enjoy learning this language but i am worried about class sizes there and the problem that an undergrad may not have contact with professors and this kind of matters!!!
