<p>Hi guys and girls! I'm international student applying to MIT. In MIT website it is given that international students can send TOEFL or SAT Reasoning scores. Does student sending SAT have advantage over student sending TOEFL scores?If yes, why?</p>

<p>you have got it wrong. .SAT is for your score( it is mandatory)
TOEFL is for the proof of your English being good enough . ( required for internationals)</p>

<p>You need to send both.</p>
<p>You do not need to send both, and MIT has no preference between them. If you do not speak English at home or in school, or you have been speaking English for fewer than five years, the TOEFL is recommended. </p>
<p>You can always send both and MIT will take into account the one that makes you look better.</p>
